Business management and administration

The business management and administration team at the Plant Protection Directorate (PPD) works to support the technical and legal operations of the Directorate by exerting control over a number of key organisational resources including financial, people, premises and facilities. This means that these officers are responsible for a large number of functions such as customer care, accounting, procurement, business planning and budgeting, ICT, communications, human resources records, health and safety, risk assessment, data protection, transport, logistics, and co-ordination of events.
